Custom web applications

Software built aroundhow your businessactually works

Booking and ordering systemsBooking and ordering systems, Customer and staff portals, Integrations with your tools

Spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper forms get a business surprisingly far. Then one day the bookings clash, the stock count is wrong, or a customer asks for a statement nobody can produce. A custom web application replaces that patchwork with one system built around how your business actually runs.

We design and build applications that run in a browser, so there is nothing to install and they work on a phone, a laptop or a shop counter. Common examples include online booking and ordering, customer portals for statements and payments, staff tools for stock, quotes or job tracking, and integrations that move data between systems you already use.

We start small and ship early, so you are using a working version within weeks and shaping the rest around real use rather than guesses.

Capabilities

What the work includes

  • Booking and ordering

Online booking, ordering and reservation systems with availability, confirmations and Paynow payments built in.

  • Customer portals

Secure areas where customers view statements, download documents, pay invoices and raise requests without phoning you.

  • Internal tools

Stock, quoting, job tracking and reporting tools designed around your process, replacing spreadsheets that have outgrown themselves.

  • Integrations

Connecting your website, accounting package, payment gateway and messaging tools so data is entered once and flows everywhere.

  • Dashboards and reporting

Live views of sales, bookings or operations so decisions rest on today's numbers rather than last month's export.

  • Hosting and support

Secure hosting, backups, monitoring and a support agreement so the application stays fast and available.TBC

FAQ

Questions we are asked most

A website presents information; a web application does work. It lets people log in, enter data, make bookings, pay, and see results that change based on what they do. It runs in a browser, so it needs no installation and works on any device.

It depends entirely on scope, which is why we start with a short discovery phase to define the smallest version that solves the real problem. You get a fixed quote for that version before any building starts, and later phases are quoted separately.TBC

Usually, yes. Most modern accounting, payment and messaging systems provide ways for other software to connect to them. We confirm what is possible with your specific tools during discovery, before you commit to anything.

You do. On final payment, the source code, the hosting accounts and the data are all yours. You are free to have anyone maintain it in future, although we hope you will keep working with us.

Yes. Every application we build is designed for phone screens as well as desktops, because in Zimbabwe that is where most people will use it. Where it makes sense, it can also be installed to the home screen like an app.

Our support agreement covers monitoring, fixes and updates for an agreed period, with clear response times. Beyond that, you can continue on a monthly plan or call us as needed.TBC
